Approach
MAGeCK-based hit calling with custom QC and pathway enrichment, layered on public DepMap CRISPR screen data.
What we found
A short list of genes cleared our significance and QC thresholds. Those thresholds aren't published alongside the figure yet — see the caveat on the metric above.
Limits of this demonstration
This is an R&D demonstration on public DepMap data, not a client engagement. No repo or
notebook is linked yet, which is why the metric above is flagged TODO-VERIFY. None of
these hits have been validated in an orthogonal assay; this is a computational shortlist,
not a confirmed target list.
